How much does it cost to restore my photo?

The cost of restoration will depend largely on the severity of damage and time required to fix it. Small repairs may take less than an hour but larger more complicated restorations may take many hours. We can only make a judgment once we have inspected the image. A full quotation will be sent to you by email. As a guide please refer to these prices.

What is the safest way to send you my photo?

The safest way to send us your photo is not to send it at all but to have a scan made and then  email that digitally scanned picture to us. Alternatively you could put the scanned photo onto a C.D. and post that to us.
If you do decide to send us your original photo then please use a track and trace method to send it or even a courier to ensure it arrives safe and sound.

What is the quickest way to send you my photo?

The quickest way to send us your photo is by email. Hands down winner.

How long will it take to restore my photo?

We will normally have your order processed in 7-10 working days. Delivery and courier services are beyond our control.

How can I pay?

You can pay using your Visa or Mastercard Credit Card online through our securePaymateconnection. Paymate does not require any sign up and is processed through a securely encrypted web page.

What are the scanning requirements?

Scan your photo with the following settings:

600 dpi resolution
Full colour RGB (even for black & white photos)
High quality JPEG setting

If you scanned a 6" x 4" photo this should result in file that is about 6-7MB in size .
We can print this up to 8" x 12" .
If your original photo is smaller than 6" x 4" then file size will be smaller and so would the final print.
If you image is larger then the file will be larger and your could have a larger print if you wished.
